Apex Packs disappear when opening in bulk

I purchased 49 apex packs and upgraded them all and tried to open all 49. When I did that it went to open and basically crashed and put up a server issue message. It didn’t open any packs. So I tried again and it wouldn’t let me so I tried opening 1 pack at a time. It still didn’t let me. So I reset the game on my playstation and When it reopened I had 0 apex packs and nothing new in content. So I basically paid $50 to lose 49 apex packs. So they need to look into opening to many packs at a time because there’s an obvious issue there. And i don’t know if i got the stuff

I've moved your post over to our bug report thread about this issue.
We're currently investigating and you can keep an eye on the link in the pinned post or just this thread for when we have any other updates, but fortunately we have confirmed the contents of the packs are still delivered when this happens.
You won't receive the new item notification with this error unfortunately, which can make it difficult to see what exactly has been added, but the items themselves are still available - you'd just need to check through each of your Legends/Weapons to see the new additions currently. That's absolutely not ideal, thanks for the patience while this is being looked into further.
