Apex Packs disappear when opening in bulk

I've moved your post over to our bug report thread about this issue. 

We're currently investigating and you can keep an eye on the link in the pinned post or just this thread for when we have any other updates, but fortunately we have confirmed the contents of the packs are still delivered when this happens.

You won't receive the new item notification with this error unfortunately, which can make it difficult to see what exactly has been added, but the items themselves are still available - you'd just need to check through each of your Legends/Weapons to see the new additions currently. That's absolutely not ideal, thanks for the patience while this is being looked into further.
