Apex stuck on Matchmaking in every mode except Training🥲

Every other game mode besides the Training Range is completely unplayable because the game stays permanently stuck on “Matchmaking.” I deleted and fully reinstalled the game, changed servers, cleared cache, and even tested the account on another PC, but nothing fixed it.

My friend also tried using the account and experienced the exact same issue, which makes this seem like a server-side or account-related problem rather than a local PC/network issue.

Please investigate this properly because the game is currently impossible to play outside of Training Range.
