Missing Legend Content on Steam — Ash Locked Despite Prior Unlock
I have a serious issue in Apex Legends (Steam version) regarding the legend Ash. I unlocked Ash with Legend Tokens when she was released. She was fully playable for multiple seasons, and all purchased skins remain in my account. As of today, Ash is completely locked, and I cannot unlock her again using either Legend Tokens or Apex Coins. This is clearly a missing content or technical issue, not a "limited-time promotion" as EA support claims. Support staff repeatedly told me that this was a promotion item and cannot be restored, despite evidence showing I was using Ash for several seasons. I have screenshots showing Ash being used previously and demand a clear explanation and a concrete method to unlock her again. EA support has refused to escalate this to the technical team. I am posting here to see if other players are experiencing the same issue. Has anyone else had a legend disappear or become unplayable despite being previously unlocked? This is unacceptable, and I expect urgent attention from the community or EA staff.
Not receiving 4k or 20 bomb badge
I recently dropped 20 kills and 4000 damage on ash in public match trios. However, I did not receive my 4k or 20 badge. Even on my account stats it says my highest kills is 20 and damage is 4000 however i did not receive the badge. I also have other friends who played public matches and still got badges for damage.
I'm -17k Apex Coins Help Please
My account has been currently showing a negative balance. I don't fully remember what made this, but if it was a due to something on my end, i am willing to take responsibility for it. more happy to resolve the issue and pay off the balance when i get the money. The problem is i am facing is that when i try to make a payment, it doesn't work so with the Negative amount i am given, could you possibly look into this and fix the issue so i can get my account back in good standing. here is some pictures to show what is happening.
Account level reset and missing level rewards.
Hello, my account level has been reset and I do not receive any rewards for leveling up my account. I have started playing on this account around when Apex released, back when the game was available on Origin. When I stopped playing Apex (not sure of exact date/time) I am sure my account level was 100+, and in provided screenshot in EA app you can see I have at least 352 hours in the game. I wanted to get back to Apex around April 2024 on EA app. That's when I first noticed the level was reset but didn't make much of it because I again shelved the game until now. Now I dowloaded the game via Steam, gained a few levels and noticed that I can't receive any rewards for leveling the account. For example on provided screenshots you can see the balance of "Legend Tokens" does not change between levels 11 and 12. I don't think I lost any weapon/legend skins from what I can remember. This is the only account I have ever played Apex on.
the game closes during the match
Hello. My game crashes every match, that is, I enter the match and play for 30 minutes, after that the game closes (without an error!), and I have to enter again, it takes a lot of time, and I can be killed in the game. I tried reinstalling drivers, cleaning the hard drive, removing the antivirus from the application and many other methods, nothing helps. Здравствуйте. У меня игра вылетает каждый матч, то есть я захожу в матч и играю 30 минут, после этого игра закрывается ( без ошибки! ) , и мне приходится заходить заново, это занимает много времени, и меня могут убить в игре. Я пробовал переустанавливать драйверы, чистить жёсткий диск, удалять антивирус из приложения и много других способов, ничего не помогает.
ASH LEGEND PASS
I have purchased the Ash Legend Pass for 1000 AC ($12.95 AUD). Upon reaching level 20, one will acquire an apex pack containing a legendary Ash skin. I am stuck on Level 19 and need one more point to reach the next level. However, to obtain a new point, I must wait 4508 days for the challenges to refresh? This is ridiculous and I am requesting a resolution.
Loss of game progress
When I logged into Apex Legends via Steam, I was prompted to register a link. After linking my EA account, I found that none of my previous in-game characters, skins, levels, or heirlooms were present despite having played for 840 hours. On third-party platforms, my historical play records show my character name changed to "skeee0_o," whereas I had consistently used my Steam name "Yoxui" before. During the ID recovery process, neither "skeee0_o" nor "Yoxui" matched my primary email address. The account indicates I registered as a member in 2024, yet case histories show activity dating back to 2021, creating a conflict that suggests my account data may have been lost. I previously reported this issue on the bug forums but received no resolution.
