Visual bug and audio bug with Lifeline's drone during Wildcards
I'm not sure if it has been only happening to me or other people as well, but the last few matches, when being healed by Lifeline's drone, it causes the visuals to glitch like crazy, with also the audio being bugged around the player(s). The visuals around the view of the player flashes fast and becomes a bit too bright in certain frames which is a issue so i'm wondering if this could be looked at and i have not tested this during trios or duos, it seems to have only happened to me and my friends during our Wildcards matches on PC. The screenshot i put in as an example was at the frame of when the visual bug happens and it ends as soon you are fully healed and audio bugs out for everyone on the team when you stand near the ones affected. When respawned from your box, at least one gun (alternator) will lose its hopup upon respawning. The only way to fix this is to go to an arsenal and upgrade the weapon. 0% gpu usage in game. making the game barely playable due to massive fps inconsistency /drops don't have integrated graphics tweaked motherboard settings, done fresh driver and game install, reset and removed all graphics config and steam startup config. gpu usage works perfect on other games. saw somebody else with the same issue as me with way better pc. A few years ago I received a false ban for Apex which I was unaware of until recently, so I had it appealed. Even though my ban has since been removed, I am still unable to login to the game on Steam because it's treating my account as if I am still banned when I am not. I looked up my issue and was told I had to unlink and relink my steam account. I tried to do so but the unlinking process seems to not function on the website for me. Now I've tried to contact support, but since I believe this would technically be categorized as a login issue I can't contact support for this. In the current season of Apex Legends, I am experiencing a light source bug on World’s Edge where certain areas become extremely bright, causing the ground and buildings to appear washed out or glowing purple/white. Hello! I play on EU, and around 2 to 3 weeks ago I started having an issue of packet loss every match, and I am talking huge packet loss, around 60-70 packet loss. an issue me and some friends I know have, along with some other users. I came across a temporary fix accidentally, I play on windowed-fullscreen and when I tab out, Apex Legends not being in focus makes it run at around 19 to 20 FPS, and I noticed that the moment the FPS goes down, the packet loss goes down too, to 0. I started experimenting with FPS lock through Steam or RivaTuner Statistics Server (RTSS), as before I had my FPS unlocked Fix Explained: I locked my FPS to 60 to try out, and I had 0 packet loss So I locked it to 144 (my monitor's refresh rate), and had 30 packet loss (not the usual 60 or 70) I kept trying until I landed on 102 FPS lock, where packet loss remains zero if I go to 103, packet loss becomes 5-8, and the higher the FPS the more the packet loss. To do this, just go into the firing range, lock your FPS to 100 and move around a bit. if you have packet loss, set a lower FPS lock, if not, increase it higher and higher until you start having packet loss then go back one bit. Hopefully it works for everyone who is suffering this issue. Unsure what causes this, but I hope this info helps implement a permanent fix. Hello, I need urgent technical assistance with a synchronization bug. My appeal Case #244097018 was officially marked as "FIXED" on May 14, 2026, at 4:32 pm. My Ban History also shows 0 violations. However, my Apex Legends account remains locked in-game. It has been over 18 hours since the case was marked as "Fixed," but the status hasn't updated on the game servers. I have tried Live Chat, but agents said they have "limitations" and cannot manually push the update. Since the TOS investigation is officially complete and successful, please have a Community Manager or Technical Specialist manually re-sync my account status so I can finally access my game.
