Banned but not banned?
I have tried logging back into the game after a long time of not playing and my account is "locked"? By the way the ban system works (i'm assuming this is still a ban), there should be a record of any bans that i can access and appeal for if necessary, but there are no bans on my account on record? So i don't understand what is happening, i have been banned, but there are no bans on my account record, so i can't appeal and can't even open a case for the false ban, or false "account lock". Apex directly doesn't mention anything of a ban either even though (i thought) it should be, instead it prompts me to log in, wich i obviously can't, because my account is locked. I apologize for anything i may have worded wrong english is not my first language. I also apologize for one of the screenshots below being partly in german, i have visited both the website on the steam overlay to access my record and on my browser to see if it may have been an issue with steam for some reason, i also checked multiple hours apart to see if it might not have registered yet, or there was a connection issue, or a server issue, or i don't know. I’ve seen a lot of people posting the same thing without a fix for a while now. And want to put my own personal experience and solution on here. I've experienced consistent packet loss on OCE ranked servers for a few seasons. The issue occurs almost every match, and has significantly impacted my ability to enjoy the game and made it much harder to climb to Masters. To continue climbing, I've often had to play on US servers, which removes the packet loss but comes with the obvious downside of much higher ping. For anyone experiencing the same issue, the solution I found was using a VPN. After using one tonight, I found that the packet loss has disappeared, which suggests there may be a routing issue somewhere between players and the OCE servers that the devs need to fix. That said, I want to be clear that a VPN should not be considered an acceptable long-term solution as it costs money, can introduce their own issues that I’m not aware of, and shouldn't be required for players to have a stable connection. Description I have the Gundam collab Beam Saber. After the event ended, its four colors can no longer be purchased with Exotic Shards in the Store or Armory. As a universal melee weapon, its colors should be permanently available, just like others. There was no prior notice that these would only be available for a limited time. When I had enough Exotic Shards, I found the purchase function was unavailable. Issue Color options are completely removed. I can’t unlock new colors with Exotic Shards. Starting these past 2 days, when I play games, after playing for a while, the ground starts showing lots of grids/blocks of different sizes and colors. In the worst cases, the entire screen changes color, just like in the picture. Can you guys teach me what to do? Thank you.
