Menus not working
Two days ago, I bought an octane pass for the second time, however, even if I finished it, I didnt get anything. Also, all options in the menu are greyed. Sometimes it comes back normal but I can't change my cosmetics, even my badges... I tried to uninstall then reinstall the game but it doesn't fix it. I'm on PC, I told my friends but they don't have this p roblem. That is disappointing.Light Source Bug on World’s Edge (Current Season)
In the current season of Apex Legends, I am experiencing a light source bug on World’s Edge where certain areas become extremely bright, causing the ground and buildings to appear washed out or glowing purple/white. My environment: GPU: Intel Arc Resolution: 2560×1440 (QHD) Anti-Aliasing: TSAA Texture Streaming: 3GB Texture Filtering: Anisotropic 2x Changing graphics settings does not resolve the issue, so it appears to be related to the map’s lighting data or shader calculations rather than client-side settings. Similar reports have been posted on Reddit, so this does not seem to be a GPU‑specific issue. I would appreciate it if the development team could investigate and address this problem.
Apex Legends Event, Challenges, Passes, Legend locker, and Store not loading.
The whole top menu of Apex legends isn't loading for me, restarted my console, rebooted the game, switched servers, still the same issue, I noticed that I finished all the 7th anniversary badge challenges and didn't get any badges, also my prize tracker for the event is stuck even though I finished it 2 days ago, it hasn't reset the challenges or the dailies, this really sucks for me as I bought all the even packs except the last one because I saw it free in the tracker and decided it was worth waiting a day or two to save 10 dollars, but now it will t load either and I can't get my heirloom shards. I've talked to everal other people on this issue, and I believe the problem to be the legend pass I bought for octane, as other people I have talked to on the topic say that that is something they have noticed with this bug. I just got a 4k badge on octane and want to equip it but again I can't access my Legend Locker, the only solution I've seen so far is someone said you can change your resolution after every match, which sounds like a pain, especially on Xbox, but I'm gonna give that a try, lmk if anyone else found any fixes.
The character I had previously unlocked is now locked and cannot be purchased.
Hello, my Apex Legends account was recently hacked, but I was able to recover it with the help of EA Live Support. However, in the game, my Ash character was already unlocked, but now she appears as locked, and I am unable to purchase her again. After Season 28 update I noticed a high drop in my fps, I usually get around 180-200 fps. After the season 28 I started getting fps as low as 30 fps out of no where. I noticed that fps do get back up close to how it used to be in the dark areas of the map, let it be inside a closed room or any darker areas in general. For some reason when there is lightning the fps drops drastically hovering around 50 to 70 fps even if I am standing still in the firing range. The second I look at the sky I get 60 fps in firing range. I have never had this issue before in any seasons.Can’t in queue to the match
Hi everyone to day I will looking for help, I got my issues I can’t in queues the match they told me maybe I got shadow banned but I was send the tickets for EA TOS team but they told me, they don’t have any banned for me, and this is not problem about internet or my pc because I was login another account on same pc I can play normally. So this is a bug or anything hope they will fix because so many people have same problem.Legend Gifted To The Abyss
Hello, I was unaware of the gift feature on Apex Legends. I was on the legend selection screen in the main menus and selected the gift option to take a look at it. I then clicked the button to use legend tokens over other game currency to see what options I may have for gifting. The currency required was then deducted from my account upon clicking. It gave no options for a recipient to select or any message in my inbox to confirm my gift was successfully sent. Basically the game deducted legend tokens from my inventory and whisked them away into the abyss with nobody receiving anything other than EA hurting my pride. I will forever lament in sorrow for the tokens me and my brethren have grinded to achieve a higher level of existence.
