Comeback Pass Not Available
Myself and a friend returned to the game after a few years today. They received the comeback pass, I did not. I was actually away longer, as well. It sure would be nice to not have to be on the support forum before even going about playing a single game since coming back!
My account started Platinum IV Season 24 Split 2 when I was Silver before
The last time my account has any activity was Season 19 where I played 118 ranked games ending with a rank of Silver II and in Season 18 it was Silver IV with 87 games played. Since then my season history shows no game activity for ranked or unranked from Season 20 - Season 23. My account is now showing that I'm ranked Platinum IV for Season 24 Split 2 with 0 ranked games played. My highest ranks were in Season 14-16 where I was mid Platinum but I wouldn't think that would put my rank start where it is especially with my Season 18 & 19 being silver. I currently can't play with any of my friends who were reset back to Bronze IV for the new split due to the rank disparity.
Doesn't count completing the challenge
Doesn't count completing the challenge "Get an epic or higher modification from weapon containers (Ash)". I've been trying to complete it all day, opened all weapon containers and regular ones, got epic modifications, but the quest didn't count, upgrading to epic in the arsenal also doesn't count.
Beast Mode Reward Shop Bug
Hey apparently I'm unable to redeem crafting materials with the event points. It shows that I'm able to redeem 2/2 but when I clicked it, it shows "Unavailable". I already claimed all other items in the shop and it shows owned except the crafting materials. I've attached the screenshot below for visuals.Serpent Sting Deathbox Not Working
Howdy howdy, Ever since I got the Serpent Sting & its corresponding Deathbox a couple months back, I've noticed that most of the time the Deathbox simply doesn't work. I've made sure to manually equip the box and save & exit, yet when I make kills in-game it's still the normal deathbox. I really have no idea why this is happening, as my friend with the deathbox from the Final Fantasy event has never had this problem. I've also attached some screenshots to show that I both do have it equipped and that I own it in the first place.p20 and mozzi akimbos fail to aim (video)
hi, it is just me that when i'm pre aiming before reloads ending, the ads aim drops to hipfire after 1 shot? it happens preaiming while first p20 is reloading and, with mozzi, preaiming right before the mozzis shows up again in the screen (while reloading they disappear to the bottom side) it happens just with those 2 akimbo. pc, mnk thanks https://streamable.com/v2ny20 (expires in 2 days)Didn't get an event skin from a pack
Steam Name: CreamCheeseBagel I purchased 4 apex packs for the OP skin packs of Bloodhound and Wraith. I'm not surprised that I didn't get the Youngblood or Voidwalker skins, but I didn't get ANY skins from ANY OP skin packs! I don't remember what I got from the Young Blood packs, but I got Cyberstripe for the Spitfire and Wraith's Wrath from the Voidwalker packs. I looked at what you COULD get according to the "Browse Pack Items" button for all four, and NONE of them were options! I don't know if this is a server connectivity issue for a store glitch, but I have restarted the game a couple of times and I haven't gotten the four skins I believe aren't a part of either OP packs!
