Ascension crest not updating

So I've recently got back into the game and started playing ranked, both splits I've hit gold and my ascension crest is still rookie can someone fix this my Xbox gamer tag is PopCornBoi8097 and my ea i think is either Cmoney42008 or still Connorj4567 please fix it.
