ASH locked and cannot be unlocked
All my legends are unlock accept Ash and im missing the option to unlock with Legend token or apex coin.

Platform: PC / Steam
Ash was previously unlocked on my account and I have used her before.
Now Ash is locked again.
When I select "Unlock Legend", the unlock information is blank. There is no option showing the required Legend Tokens or Apex Coins.
My Ash statistics and previous play history are still present.
I have attached screenshots showing:
1. The current Ash unlock screen with the blank unlock section.
2. My Ash statistics and previous play history.
