Bangalore Heirloom Inspect is bugged

The Bangalore Heirloom Inspect only plays 1 animation (the one where she sharpens the knife), ive read on the EA Forums that it is a bug thats been going on for almost a full year now. I just paid 200€ on the new 7th Anniversary Milestone Event, to get the Heirloom Shards and now i can't even access the whole Heirloom. I think its really really sad that this bug is going unnoticed for so long, seeing that its such an expensive Item.
