Bangalore heirloom visual bugs and animation probability

I have a visual issue on the cold steel sharpening animation where the sparks originate from a place not connected to the sharpener or the blade. Also the amount that this animation plays is FAR to much - like more than 90% of the time! Lastly, at the beginning of the animation there is a visual bug where the sharpener doesnt stay parented to the handle and lags behind.
