Battle pass

I purchased the premium+ battle pass and am not receiving anything from it but the currency and the free packs. I would like this fixed ASAP or I would like a refund (along with all the items within the battle pass) I bought it specifically for the 2 loba skins as I am a loba main. If this isnt fixed I will be uninstalling and reporting. Thank you
