Bought a special apex pack and got nothing.

I bought the special Mane Attraction Apex pack and opened it and it was supposed to contain one of 10 of the items on the list and did not get a single one of them. I used EA support and help was not helpful, they took so long to respond in the chat each time only to get a response that they person reported to the bug team but they are unlikely to respond and then communicates no further. So i paid for something and did not get what i paid for and was offered no refund or compensation of any kind. And after spending an hour in chat with a host that could care less. You pay for something, at least give me the EA coins back. I saved the transcript and will give to my bank to show i never got what i paid for, EA wont help the people that put money in their pockets.
