Broken Moon banishment

Hey, I just wanted to check, is it against the rules for me not to be able to play Broken Moon? I was just wondering if you might be able to help me out? I haven't received a reply for three days now and I'm starting to worry. I just want to have fun playing Apex, so I don't understand why I'm being banned from Broken Moon. I'm sure you'll agree that's a violation of my rights, won't you? I know there are plenty of other things we've got to deal with, but I don't want you to get the wrong idea. I'm really sorry, but if I can't play Broken Moon on my own, it'll be harder to play ranked matches, won't it? Do you think this is a fair match? Oh, I'm sure I can overlook something like this. I can play other maps, after all, so there's no need to worry. But not addressing it for three days shows a lack of proper handling, doesn't it? That's why they tease you guys as EA! I'm going for Diamond, so how does reducing the time I can play ranked matches help me achieve that? Hey, I just wanted to check in and see if you've had a chance to think about our users' rights? I'm worried that if you let this go, it might have a negative effect on my reputation. I'm reaching out to you all to kindly protect my interests and time.
