can no longer hold left control crouch and reload

before the wildcard update i was able to hold left control and reload with R. I can no longer do that and nothing else has changed on my end. no keybind change, no new programs, nothing else on my computer utilizes control R that should be interfering with  the action of reloading while crouched in game.
