Can't purchase Ultimate battle pass

I can buy the premium pass for 950 apex coins, and Ultimate+ for 20€, but I can't purchase the "normal" ultimate pass. When I click on purchase, nothing happens, unlike with ultimate+, it brings me instantly to Playstation Store.
