Can't write/talk in game (PS5)

Today I went to write a message for teammates in game when they revived me but got a text on the screen saying it wasn't available for my account, I even checked here to see if somehow I got a penalty but it shows nothing.

Looked around on reddit to see if anyone had had this problem recently but found nothing, could anyone help me??
