Car won't shoot if changing it's mode is interrupted

If I interrupt changing fire mode on CAR (when animation is approximately between inserting the new mag and cocking the shutter) by any action (melee strike, changing weapon, hiding weapon, legend's ability) HUD showing it have 0 ammo loaded and CAR don't respond to shooting, reload and change mode buttons. After like 5-6 seconds it changes 0 ammo loaded to 30 ammo loaded and all goes like it should be (probably because of gold mag in it, no "reloaded" popup tho if CAR in hands, but if I constantly change my weapon between main and backup it will newer fix until I stop it for same 5-6 seconds).
