Casutic Spotlight pass cannot complete

I bought the caustic spotlight pass and have finished all challenges except the play 15 games one. I have not been able to complete this challenge even after playing 15 games of caustic. I do no get daily challenges either resulting in me being 7/10 on level 19 of the pass.
