My account was banned after I bought the Caustic Chest. I was able to play normally until I bought the Caustic Chest and used its rewards, after which I was kicked from the game and banned.

It doesn't look as though the account you're posting with currently has a ban, but our Terms of Service team would need to check into any bans you feel may have been placed incorrectly.
