Communication bug?

So I'm not entirely sure that this is a bug but I'm having big communication problems in game. When I solo que, 75% of the time I can't hear people. When I can hear someone it is ever only one of them. The person I can't hear cant hear me but the person I can hear can hear both of us. I also can't send text chats in game. I checked with EA and I have zero bans. Any ideas?
