Connection issues in game

I can get into games and sometimes it's fine. On the other hand, sometimes I crash and it doesn't let me back in and gives me a code the game has ended when I know it's still going on because I have a buddy in the game and they usually do just end rank games. I'm now on my second ten minute ban and my internet and pc are not the issue. I have heard that your servers are having issues with Comcast ISP's and I do have comcast internet. I've attempted all the fixes I could find from google except a VPN. I play other game like Overwatch and Marvel Rivals and have zero issues. I'm really frustrated and have lost around a thousand rp when all I want to do is play the game and have fun. Is there any reasonable way for me to fix this outside of a VPN because that seems ridiculous.
