Constantly getting into Trios lobby by myself

Playing ranked and always play with fill on or even with friends, and the game just kicks anyone in the party and have to either just lose RP in the match or lose RP and get a 10 min ban from joining a game, complete nonsense, why should I get a penalty for leaving a game when I queue in with teammates or even just randoms when I know I have no chance at winning in Trios. Complete crap, fix that.
