Crimson Heirloom Pack Progression Is Resetting

Hey i bought it and its still saying 0/20 please fix it 

I bought most of the crimson event and when I log on it says iv got 0 out of 20 when I should have about 14/15 out of 20 fix ur game

Hi, so I bought a couple of the packs planning on buying the whole thing soon but it seems it has reset my progress? I believe it is a glitch but I just wanted to confirm.

SlyShark_Yt​ & thegeneral101X​ Is it resetting by the number of packs bought, (for example, you had bought 3 out of 10 packs, and now it says 0 out of 10 packs again), or is it relocking items that were given from your first few Crimson Packs?

Lastly, are any of the items from within the Crimson Pack's loot pool the same, or did those items somehow change into something else?

Hello der team, I just discovered that my count of the Crimson Heirloom pack in the Store got reseted, it is supposed to display 8/20 collected. But since today it shows 0/20, but the items are checked out in the collection. Could you please investigate?

In the latest update, the collection quantity of Crimson Family Treasure has been reset to zero. Due to the refresh time of the activity display remaining for 30-40 days, some players who have collected some combination packs need to collect them again, and I am one of them. I have collected 18 combination packs and want to use the coins given by the pass upgrade to collect the remaining two combination packs, but the collection quantity has been reset to zero without any notification. If it is a technical issue, I hope to fix it as soon as possible. If the activity is like this, I hope to give players a notification or announcement to understand the situation and avoid them being passive and giving up halfway

i bought 7 crimson heirloom packs a few days ago and now it says i have zero collected, i didn't have any of the skins in the collection before buying the packs but now it shows a list of skins i can get instead of the once i just got. the packs cost didn't reset just the progress, the packs still cost 500 coins. i don't see anywhere that says that they are supposed to reset either.
