Crimson heirloom pack reset after yesterdays update and Im gonna buy it but I don't know if I wasted coins as the pack cost hasn't gone back to 100 so those pack I bought will cost more I just don't know

Started opening the even packs and stoped till I got more money to finish it. Now when I go it shows me that I own 0/20 eventhough I already opened 10 and the price in acording to the 10th item owned (500).

I bought at least 12 Crimson Heirloom Packs, and now it is showing 0/20 collected. The store is still offering the 30% discount at 700 coins, but I thought an heirloom was guaranteed after 20 packs. It now just seems to have refreshed and reset, though it was supposed to refresh in 36 days. Please advise. Thanks
The eight Crimson Heirloom chests yielded gold but didn't give anything, and the opened chests don't count toward the event total. Please return the bundle or Apex coins to me.

I bought 3 packs the other day and the price moved up to 300 per pack as expected. However, when I log in now it says I own 0/20.
I’m in the same boat I bought 16/20 and it reset to 0. I was told it would take a few days and I should receive my rewards as necessary by an advisor.

I had the same man I had 15 items or 14 something and was gonna get my herloom and then reset its a joke we deserve herloom shards for the money and compensation
Hi, same happened to me. I hope they fix it, if the count would have been rested by last weeks update it should as well the pice but it isn’t. Hope it is a bug.
