Cross platform play is greyed out

I have checked all my settings and even signed in on other accounts and I cannot toggle the “Cross Platform Play” setting. It shows up as enabled but it is grayed out and doesn’t show as an option. Please fix this. It has been at least 5 days. I have deleted and reinstalled the game twice and reset my internet. I am on Xbox and I cannot invite my PlayStation friends.
