I completed the cross-progression to move from my PS5 to my PC by linking my PSN to my EA account. Except that when I log in, I find a blank account.
My PSN account contains an advanced progression in which I have invested a lot of time and money, I would like to have help to recover my stuff and my apex legends progression.
I hope that a moderator or member of the EA team can escalate my file (#219188487) and help me retrieve the correct link to my account.
My two accounts are indeed linked by the same email address.
