Deleted Keybinds

I was in a match, got disconnected, and was able to come back in. While my team was fighting another team, I suddenly couldn't move around and shoot; I could only move my camera. When I looked down I saw all my keybinds were deleted, and I had to reset and restore them to default, which messed up my gameplay as I had to redo all of the keybinds I had changed before. Ea, please fix this bug as I don't want this situation to happen to anyone else. I have video evidence.
