Duplicate apex pack items

I also just reported this.  The same issue is occurring on the PS5.  It gave me stat trackers when I have all of them.

I already reported the bug whereas you open apex packs you will get cosmetics you already own.  I currently have almost every item the game has to offer with exception of event exclusives and heirlooms.  Yesterday and today, I opened 4 packs and they all came with stat trackers that I already own.  The agent I spoke with did not understand what I was saying.  Please get this post where it needs to go before countless packs are opened with duplicate cosmetics.

Midnight9746​ I do have screenshots, videos and have reported this and have two cases open with EA help about this, but I have not received any response.  I also did a forum listed "Duplicate Cosmetics" where I did upload 4 screeenshots.

Well, I did merge that thread into this one so it is in one place, as for the duplicate issue itself, it looks like you had gotten a kill tracker for different legends.

Basically, each legend has their own set of trackers that the game makes you unlock if you wish to display those, so there's (for example), "Kills as Wraith", "Kills as Pathfinder", etc. trackers.
