Duplicate apex pack items

I also just reported this.  The same issue is occurring on the PS5.  It gave me stat trackers when I have all of them.

I already reported the bug whereas you open apex packs you will get cosmetics you already own.  I currently have almost every item the game has to offer with exception of event exclusives and heirlooms.  Yesterday and today, I opened 4 packs and they all came with stat trackers that I already own.  The agent I spoke with did not understand what I was saying.  Please get this post where it needs to go before countless packs are opened with duplicate cosmetics.

Well, I did merge that thread into this one so it is in one place, as for the duplicate issue itself, it looks like you had gotten a kill tracker for different legends.

Basically, each legend has their own set of trackers that the game makes you unlock if you wish to display those, so there's (for example), "Kills as Wraith", "Kills as Pathfinder", etc. trackers.

I have double checked and I have all common (Grey) items but still get some in packs. Some people pay Money for the Packs so thats unfair that it is then basically worthless. Whats the fix or do i get a Refund???

that's been my question cause this has been a problem since the season started, on top of this im forced to open the packs i get because of another bug where packs are disappearing from peoples accounts.

and still a month later still bugged and knowing the greed of respawn/EA we wont get any form of compensation despite the amount of money people like us have to put in to own enough to know were getting duplicates

LOBOISMOMMY​ From what I understand, when a pack is opened, the items are automatically granted to the player's account before the opening pack animation even plays.

Do you have any screenshots or videos that shows that you had gotten duplicate cosmetics? (If its trackers like what was shown in Leprechaun026​'s screenshots, those are per legend).

For example, in Leprechaun026​'s first screenshot, it shows a 14 wins tracker, (which was for the legend Ballistic):

Then in the second screenshot, it shows a 20 wins and a 102 wins tracker from a pack, (although it doesn't say for what two legends those wins trackers are for):

Looking at their 4th screenshot, the 20 wins tracker from the second screenshot appears to be for Sparrow:

While it would make sense for there to be one wins tracker that just displays the stat for each legend, that isn't the case here as each legend does have their own wins tracker:
