Hello EA Support,

I was playing a ranked match in Apex Legends on PS5 when I was suddenly disconnected due to an error. Before the disconnect, I had persistent red network warning icons in the top-right corner of the screen.

The match did not allow me to continue normally, and I received approximately -100 RP despite not intentionally leaving the game. My friends in the same match were not disconnected.

I would like this incident to be investigated and to know whether the RP loss and penalty were applied correctly.
