I was in the middle of queueing a ranked match, decided to get an event pack. I went to go open it, the first item shined gold. As soon as i seen the gold color it queued me and my teammate into a match. I went back to lobby and went to go see what item i received. I didn't receive anything from the event and lost my apex event pack.
