Everyone Kicked from Ranked Match

At around 17:30 UK time, me and my friend were kicked from a match during ranked around 10 minutes in, from what I understand this was an issue in the game

it would be a huge problem if I did not recieve a 162 points penalty, and a 10 minute ban, which after passing restarted and turned into 20 minutes overall, same for my friend who was playing with me, so I was wondering if there is any way I could, not even get those points back but at least get something out of this problem that was caused by the game or if I should just cry about it and play next 

After looking at my screenshot, it even says I was on the 0th place somehow
