Exotic Shards are not added

I obtained a total of 50 Exotic Shards from the Gundam Collaboration Pack and the Battle Pass, but they haven’t been added to my inventory. I believe I made the purchase around March 16, a few days after the Gundam collaboration began. I’m using a Nintendo Switch 2.

I used a translation app to convert this from Japanese to English, so some parts may be a bit unclear. I apologize for that.
