Regarding the Gundam collaboration event: A bug is occurring where the Exotic Shards obtained from the Heat Rod Collection event pack are not being added to the balance. The platform is Switch 2. Numerous similar cases have been confirmed on social media. Regarding the attached files: The first is a screenshot showing my balance on the event start date. The second is today's event page. I spent 2000 coins to purchase 4 packs and obtained exotic shards, but this is not reflected in my balance. Since I only own Raptor's Claw as a generic melee weapon, I cannot spend only 10 shards. I can’t connect to the server when I try to play ranked matches on Switch 2.
When I try to play ranked matches, I get an error saying that it couldn’t connect to the server. This doesn’t happen in other modes, but only in ranked matches. Because of this error, I’m the only one who can’t join. The error message appears, and then I get sent back to the lobby.
No Lobby Voice chat on NS2
The Voice chat function works normally in matches but not in the lobby. Is this what the NS2 version is supposed to be like or a bug? I can still choose to mute other players. Occasionally, I see a speaker icon pop up for a second next to my name but I can’t hear anything.
Cannot Start Parent/Guardian Verification on Switch
My son wants to play Apex Legends on the Nintendo Switch. From the title screen, it takes me to a screen where it says, "A parent or guardian needs to verify your account." When I click "Start Verification," it takes me back to the title screen where I get an error saying, "Lost connection to EA servers."
