Apex Coins Not Received
I am pretty frustrated right now as i have purchased about 140 dollars worth of apex coins and didn't receive the 120 dollars worth. I have been going back and forth with ea for 10 days and after having tried everything there answer at the end was we cant give you your coins back. I have made the purchase on steam on this entire process has been extremely difficult and honestly i recommend nobody buy apex coins from steam since ea apparently cant do anything about it despite showing so many screenshots of email confirmations, steam purchase history and just about everything clearly showing i didn't receive my apex coins. At this point it feels like I'm being cheated and i don't know what to do. If i were to ask for a refund through steam will my account be banned even though ea said that there is nothing they can do to give me my coins that i paid for?I need help for a ranked bug
I just recently got an Xbox one as a gift from my girlfriend, previously to that just hit diamond on my nintendo switch which was a huge accomplishment for me as ive been at it for seasons and I managed to hit it on both splits on my switch, I then wanted to play on my new Xbox so I logged into my account only to discover my split 2 dreams and my reactive diamond badge is at stake, here in these pictures is shows the game I hit diamond and then I took a picture as soon as that happend, I played 2 more games in diamond to see what the comp is gonna be like of which I must improve on, and then I stopped playing ranked after that waiting to get my badge after all that grinding, and now ive encounted this bug, respawn please fix for the sake of my mental health 🙏 (now im not an apex pro, but ik that id have to be really good to rank down 12 full ranks in 2 games)
Cannot Start Parent/Guardian Verification on Switch
My son wants to play Apex Legends on the Nintendo Switch. From the title screen, it takes me to a screen where it says, "A parent or guardian needs to verify your account." When I click "Start Verification," it takes me back to the title screen where I get an error saying, "Lost connection to EA servers."Beast mode event pack sticker bug
Hello I'm Japanese user. During the Beast Mode event that started on 3/26, I purchased a pack for 100 coins and opened it, and got Legendary Sticker Set 2 (Revenant, Conduit, Bangalore, etc.) as shown in the image. However, when I looked at the sticker list to use them, it said I already had Legendary Sticker Set 1 (Vantage, Newcastle, Bloodhound, etc.). What's going on here? This display does not change even if I restart the game. The attached image is a screenshot I took. I am using a translator. I apologize if there are any rude expressions.First time bonus AC was not given at purchase.
I purchased the 1000 Apex Coins, with the "Extra AC" tag and a promise of "+500 extra" AC, but did not receive any extra Apex Coins. In fact, the "Extra AC" tag is still on the first three AC purchase tiers in my shop, even though I have clearly made my first purchase. Please rectify this, I am enjoying your game, thank you
