I got a FALSE (VERY FALSE) ban May 15th, 2026 for gameplay enhancement. ofcourse my appeal was denied and no proof given to me. its honestly effected me more than it should. i have never cheated, or done anything to enhance my gameplay. i have normal stats too. been playing for years.
I feel you, mate. It definitely sucks investing time and money into the game, wasting time to spectate players constantly reporting cheaters to make the game a better environment and then you get screwed over a false-positive ban and you just know it is impossible to get yourself unbanned in this game because it is not just one studio you deal with, Respawn, but you also have a completely disconnected EA into the mix whom you have to beg to review your case and without "evidence" on top of that because 99% of players just don't happen to record their gameplay because frankly it doesn't make sense nor you expect to get banned.
And of course it'd affect you, Apex is practically part of our daily lives for many of us whom enjoy the game.
In 2026 we all have to record our gameplay and waste disk space "just in case" we get mistakenly banned i suppose which sounds so outlandish.

I have 8.44k wins in arenas and 1329 in pubs n ranked .. ontop of the fact I’m a season 1 player till now .. 10,000 hours in the game.. you aren’t e 20 bombs every game in wildcard without cheats.. pc players cheat on console to kill grind and inflate stats on their banner cards .. I watch you guys come to console from PC to purposely inflate your kills in game for your banner card trackers .. I look you guys up on trackers to see stats .. to confirm cheating .. you are cheating.. I caught you cheating .. I catch you guys cheating in mixtape and wildcard because of the kill cam.. I mean you can sit here.. and say.. I’m not cheating.. I remember looking up your account.. I remember you laughing and telling me how much better you are.. that you “aren’t cheating” but here you are.. caught with your own ps5 screengrab .. you do realize your IP address is logged in your account right? That the IP address on console is the same as PC .. you got caught and you are here trying to weasel an unban when you are cheating .. don’t cheat at Apex legends and you won’t have a problem .. 137,000 people have been banned to date.. you aren’t a false ban.. none of you are false bans .. they’ve been working on detection models for months .. you all have been cheating over 12 months now blatantly .. you aren’t dropping 20 bombs with 7k damage against lobbies filled with cheaters unless you are also cheating .. I hope they console ban you next
Okay so you're indeed a troll. I not once said i am on Playstation, infact i don't own a console, last console i had was in the early 2000's with Playstation 1. As i stated multiple times in responses to the Community Manager, i am a PC player and MnK. Your second fault is assuming i am going to engage with randoms in Wildcard out of all modes and not just play my game. And to debunk you further, i play on Steam, i do not use that username as Steam allows you to change your ingame alias to whatever you want whenever you want.
You're practically clogging the thread with baseless accusations while the rest of us are seeking for help.
I'd give you the benefit of the doubt, if you INDEED have a screenshot of someone named "R5Chromatica" playing on a Console/Playstation feel free to send it either via DM's or straight here, that would be of great help as EA could track by IP in case my account has been hijacked. But i highly doubt it since logging into the account requires Email code verification and i would've/should've known if there was a suspicious login unless there is a loophole in the system. Even logging into the Forum, i get sent a code each and every time.
However, as i mentioned to EA_LunardustCat earlier i do indeed have a single case in "My Cases" where it states "Playstation 5" which is practically impossible (could be verified by IP or whatever) but since CM didn't mention anything when i asked, i assumed it was just some kind of a visual bug i shouldnt worry about.
