False-Positive ban wave

i didn't do any of these things and was falsely banned for gameplay enhancement. appeal denied. i have never cheated or downloaded anything that would flag me as doing so. My appeal being denied with no proof is an absolute joke because i know i was not cheating. I know if i did another appeal it would be denied because it was denied the first time with no proof/explanation from the EA team. It feels like a losing battle. i was 100% falsely banned. i did not even get an email about my ban. I just logged in and my account was locked. Found out in penalty history. The whole situation is just very unfair. 

I am exceptionally happy to see an actual EA employee come by this post. 

As far as i see it, something in the Wildcard mode triggers a system wide flaw, as i prefer to call it, which doesn't account for the game mode being focused around promoting high kill games and potential reports from less skilled players due to how the matchmaking works. 

Considering i only have Apex Legends, EA App, R5Reloaded, Steam, Chrome and Kovaaks pretty much installed on my computer, i don't see a posibility of anything external program to trigger anything on Apex Legends. Maybe things like Windows Defender or Exploit Protection setting? Else, i legitimately have nothing on my computer nor anything in my gameplay suggests cheating except high kill matches from above average player which is rather normal occurance. And i use Steam to play Apex on my main account and separate EA account for R5 just to be "extra safe" of potential flags. 

The way i see the ban, quote : 

"We observed Gameplay Enhancement in Apex Legends, this means using unauthorized methods to enhance in-game performance by removing gameplay constraints or improving in-game abilities e.g. weapon, movement or item enhancements"

The Wildcard game mode does infact has "weapon or item enhancements" which are part of the game mode and not cheating since everyone has access to it via Replicator. I often pick Supercell which heals you with single cell, "critical hits" and "heal on damage dealt". But again, that is literally part of the game mode and not cheating.

The biggest issue in that whole thing is how hard it is to get your account unbanned as Appeals feels like automated replies 99% of the time. The only people i came by on X or Reddit whom successfully got unbanned are always people who happen to be content creators and could provide recorded gameplay which is very unrealistic for most of us average players as we simply do not record our gameplay as you don't really expect to trigger a false-positive. 

I do understand your position on the ToS, that indeed makes sense. 

I will 100% give a shot to a "brand new appeal" but after 3 denials on my first appeal no matter what explanation i give as of why the game mode itself could trigger something due to its nature, it was denied each and every time so... i'll try but i already know what to expect. 

Also, i just noticed in "My Cases" something odd. I got banned on the 15th but there is a Case from the 5th of May...from Console? Playstation 5. I don't have a console nor ever had. I'll upload a photo. What could be the cause of it?

And sorry for the silly question but how can one send a new appeal? I tried via Penalty History and My Cases but on that new EA website it all leads to "Reappeal" which is definitely not what you recommended.
