i didn't do any of these things and was falsely banned for gameplay enhancement. appeal denied. i have never cheated or downloaded anything that would flag me as doing so. My appeal being denied with no proof is an absolute joke because i know i was not cheating. I know if i did another appeal it would be denied because it was denied the first time with no proof/explanation from the EA team. It feels like a losing battle. i was 100% falsely banned. i did not even get an email about my ban. I just logged in and my account was locked. Found out in penalty history. The whole situation is just very unfair.
I am in the same boat, I have been playing since launch and this season was my worst ever. I was getting slammed in ranked and having a K/D of like 1. This doesn't make any sense nor do we get any reason. Over 5k hours on this game and suddenly I'm "cheating" while doing so bad, worst part is, that same day I had purchased apex coins to get Axle's skin, what a joke.
