Freezing

Froze loading into ranked, internet was just fine i was on a call the entire time no problem or break up. Kicks me out of the match and then why i try to joining back it says that the match might have ended, when i know it didn't since my friend i'm on the call with is in playing it. Not only did this happen then but when i was in the next match i froze after trying to pick up something after being in for 5 mins and got kicked back out and was told the exact same thing that the match may have ended, When i know it didn't. Very upsetting as i got two  bans for it and lost 200 rp total which is very upsetting 100 each  match.
