Game crashes, new season 25
Hi, i've been having trouble getting into a game. I make it to the select screen but after that my game just crashes. In a few rare cases i reach the ground before the server fully shuts down. I doubt that i'm the only one that has this issue. Platform: PS4, EU servers Please fix this, i'm trying to enjoy the game.

So Ive got this error on the 11.05.2025 when i came home from work, the day before my game was working somewhat crashed a couple of times, when i try to log in it says my Account is Disabled, Ive tryed to contact tos team so that maybe they would figure it out but no news at all, they say i cheeted but thats not the case at all, also Ive gotten and e mail from them saying Ive been banned For competitive advantages what Sounds really weird, Ive asked the ea advisor to decribe to me why i am banned he replyed" that theres no description given on why i was banned", Ive tryed to contact hideouts to that maybe he can get hands on to Check it manualy havent heard a response yet,Ive tryed to message Sony so maybe they could run a hardwere search do dedect any downloaded cheeting softwere havent heard response yet, Im just basicly in a pickel, any help or Davise to help me resolve this issue would be much welcomed!!New season SETTINGS RESET
I loaded up the game a error came up saying if I want to delete corrupted file I said cancel(No), game loads, trailer pops up, I found it weird as I had played the day before, I load into lobby and instantly notice my cursor speed has changed. I checked settings and all my settings reset, I restarted application many times and still the same, now the game is basically unplayable, I had setting adjusted to my stickdrift controller but now everything been reset in every department, audio,Video,controller,gameplay. PLEASE HELP HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPP…. IM ON PS4 aswell
PlayStation freeze and crash
With new update my games crash during character selection screen. Level loading. Match ending. Contacted ea and PlayStation. PlayStation said it’s the game. Since it’s not happening with any other game just apex. We need an update to fix this. Ea has emailed me back but isn’t giving any answers or reads what I send in email. Just the run around. Revenant issues then not on the character selection screen. Come one guys I’ve rebuilt database. Re installed game. Initialize system. Did everything ea and PlayStation recommended. Still issue.
