Account glitch
Hello my account is still glitching. The currency’s are flashing non-stop. I can’t access the store. I can’t change any skins or badges/trackers. I can’t change any of my heirlooms that I’ve spent a lot of money on. My battle pass has been stuck on level 26 for DAYS now it won’t level up. I can only play the game. My stats are tracking though which makes me think it’s some sort of main menu ui bug. I have people commenting to me that their accounts have the same bug as mine. As of 3 days ago my account has a serious bug going on. My currency balances won’t stop flashing no matter what I do. Which means I can’t change skins, badges, trackers or anything. It won’t let me access the store. The only thing I can do is play. I’ve tried restarting my console clearing saved data, re adding my Xbox account nothing works. Please help.Individual account glitch
Hi, I received your email. The issue on my account hasn't been resolved. I still have no access to any cosmetic features. I can't change any badges, skins, trackers etc. It will only let me play the game. I still can't access the store, it says "store processing" but I can't click or buy anything. This is an individual account issue. I've tried adding my account to a different console and I even added it on a pc, the issue is still there. So this is something that you guys have to fix, nothing I can do will fix this. I've put in alot of money and my account is a day 1 account. If it is at all possible please have someone call me, I would like to resolve my issue.Customs Lobbies stuck on "In Progress" After Matches
When doing Custom Lobbies and exiting a game, the progress gets stuck on "in progress" which means that we have to create a new Custom Lobby each time we want to start a game. The lobby won't let us begin a new game even though the game we just played is finished. We have tried several times with different people as host and it continues to do the same issue. This started happening when the new season came out. As well,, the final kill cameras are not working.Individual account issuse
