I purchased 5 event packs during the Apex Legends event, but I did not receive a single Legendary item from any of them.
According to the event's drop-rate guarantee, I should receive at least one Legendary item within 4 packs. Since I opened 5 packs and received zero Legendary items, I believe there may have been an issue with the guaranteed drop system

I’m raising an issue with the Ascendant Hunt event.
The event states that after opening 4 event packs, you are guaranteed at least 1 Legendary item. I opened all 4 packs, but did not receive a Legendary item. This appears to be an issue with the event guarantee, and I would appreciate it being investigated.
Please check my account and the packs I opened, and provide the guaranteed Legendary item or appropriate compensation for the missed reward.

Which yeah, in this case you wouldn't get a guaranteed legendary item from the 4 packs since those were purchased individually.
But then, shouldn’t you have updated this information in the product description as well? It feels like players are being misled here. If this limitation had been clearly mentioned in the description, I would not have made the purchase in the first place.
Why wasn’t this information disclosed upfront? It seems unfair to attract players with one description and then provide different conditions afterward. I would like an explanation and a proper resolution to this issue.

Sorry for any confusion here, however this was absolutely disclosed in the screen you've attached already. The very part you've put the red box around states:
Four-pack will guarantee a legendary item.
If you had not purchased the four-pack and instead purchased individual packs, I'm afraid that would not apply here.
