Gundam Event – Unable to Purchase Final Pack (27/27 Locked at 26/27)

trying to unlock the last dundam pack and i am unable to do so. i have purchased/crafted 26 out of the 27 packs but it is not letting me get the 27th pack after unlocking all the other items from the event
