Halloween skins not having there intros

i recently bought the Carved cat wraith skin and im unable to equip the special intro that comes with it, the only option is the 'original' intro for wraith

Reekohe Are you using the skin when trying to use the intro animation?

I'm asking because the intro animation is tied to the skin.
