Havoc Turbocharger

Reaching 600 points on the Havoc does not award the turbocharger hop up as intended.

Tested in range and in game both times the UI tells how many points are required but once reaching the threshold, the hop up is not activated.

The Havoc also does not have the Hop up attachment shown on the gun with the other attachments as before.

Also tested in range using a Ballistic ultimate to determine if a gold Havoc would have Turbocharger and also does not work with that either.
