healing bug with lifeline

I encountered a bug two times that happened to me playing with lifeline but it doesn't happen occasionally, i guess it happens whenever i tried to heal and mount on something that will cancel the healing and trying to fly with drone same time, then anytime i will heal armor it will be like this, and for health its the same but i can only see the far sides of the screen only
