Heat Rod Heirloom health item animation

when having the heat rod heirloom equipped i can't do 4(shieldcell) -> ctrl(slide); it always ends in a deadslide. without the heirloom it works everytime smooth as butter. with heirloom equipped i can heal way faster, there is no pull out animation for the shieldcell/healthitem. i thought i was going crazy but after some testing this is confirmed.

the pullout animation for the cell is instant, compared to no heirloom or pathfinder heirloom (only 2 reference points i have)

i feel really frustrated because i've spent 200+ Dollars on this and i can't actually use it now.
