Heirloom madness

I got an heirloom in a random pack last week ( the same week that the metallic Banshee came out) so not very long ago anyway I went to sleep and the next day my heirloom was gone and I got the metallic Banshee. I've only recently found out that it was my brother whilst I was asleep. He is grounded now but I am still very upset because I never wanted the metallic Banshee and I have nothing I can do. So I ask for a refund on my heirloom. Thank you.
