Hemlock damage in firing range is too high. Cannot practice.

There are already several posts here and there, but nobody seems to care about or see it much, so I'll post it again. The dummies in firing range, when put onto Full Combat mode with the hemlock, do 80 base damage per bullet. 

This has been an issue for several seasons now. I don't understand how such a blatant issue has been overlooked for this long, but this is a friendly reminder that it is still an issue. I beg someone to take an actual look at this, it seems like an easy fix, but idk.
