hi i have opened 500 packs and no mythic

Keep in mind that not all Apex Packs count towards the 500 pack count for getting an Heirloom.
At the moment, Collection Event packs will not count towards that 500 pack count, so if you have opened any of those packs, then that might explain to why you haven't received an heirloom.

yeah i know i havent counted them packs at all i have 9 heirlooms and getting 8 of them in the events.. and counted packs bought and bp and level up thats it
