High ping on every server since season start

Since the start of this season I have experienced 300ms+ ping as well as high packet loss on every server. Previously I would reach an average of 60ms of ping and 0 packet loss on the server closest to me. This issue persists through multiple different networks as well as different PC's across two locations and is only a problem with apex, no other game has this issue. Is there anything I can do or do I just have to wait it out.
