Horizon Prestige Skin Tier 2 finger texture bug (not in first-person, PS5)

Platform: PS5  

There is a visual bug with Horizon’s Prestige Skin (Tier 2).

The tip of the left ring finger appears black in all views except first-person.  

This occurs in lobby, legend select, and in-game third-person/animation states.  

In first-person view, the finger appears normal.  

Expected: finger texture should be consistent in all views.  

Actual: finger appears black outside first-person.
