Horizon Q bug

So i've seen a bunch of other people talking about this, when you go to use her a either you spin at an insane speed or you literally get stuck and cannot move, it's genuinely so frustrating . It was fine in season 23 it wasn't too slow and it wasn't too fast but now horizon is almost unplayable.
