I am missing my Electric de Chocobo from apex

Hello, i have previously linked my apex account from PS4 to EA and nothing have been merged to the steam account.

playing history : 

PS4 -> steam -> PS5 

playing the game since the first release, current account which is linked to steam and PS only have the steam account progress .

please support on this case and note that i only have this ea account 

I just now downloaded apex legends again after a long time of not playing the game, and when I redownload apex legends, I have no data I lost my levels all the things I bought with money all my cosmetics are gone!!!! Sooo what can I do what’s the problem how can I solve this ?? I have videos clips on PlayStation me having all these cosmetics and high level to prove it I have videos  so how can I solve this problem???

Morb1dgutz​ & ozyks6​ A few reasons why you might be missing progress in Apex:

1. You are signed into the wrong EA Account
2. You are signed into the correct EA Account, but had unlinked your platform account from it, (Steam, Xbox, etc. does NOT store your Apex progress as that is stored on your EA Account itself)
3. You had linked your platform account to a different EA Account, (this doesn't transfer or merge your Apex progress as that is tied to your previous EA Account)
4. Your EA or platform account was banned prior to Cross Progression rolling out, (which any banned accounts were excluded from the Cross Progression merge). The rollout period for Cross Progression was between October of 2023 and April of 2024.

If any of these sounds right, then that is why your Apex progress is missing, (and for cases where the platform account was unlinked, your only option is to relink the platform account back to its original EA Account, (however there is no guarantee that doing so would bring anything back)).

Fdwish​ Your Apex progress is stored on your EA Account, (not on PlayStation or on Steam), and while there is Cross Progression, there is no merging of accounts as that was only possible during the Cross Progression merge for platform accounts, (which was between October of 2023 and April of 2024).

Switching platform account links around now also won't transfer, (or merge), your Apex progress.

Its also not possible to transfer, (or merge), progress between two EA Accounts.
