I can’t hear my teammates and they can’t hear me

I have an issue hearing my teammates and them hearing me, i am pretty sure it is not from my ps settings nor my headphones, because when i tested it all works and when i play other online games it works for both ways too so it’s just an apex legends issue, i showed experts in games and they didn’t figure out what’s going on , i use the tv as a displayer and ps4 so there is no output input settings in the game settings, i deleted the game and re-downloaded it and still the issue isn’t fixed so pls help , thank u .
